uno de joyas

Una de mis marcas favoritas de joyas o no se si decir de bisuteria es UNO DE 50, una marca española. Me vuelven loca todas las piezas: lo añillos, las pulseras, los colgantes, los relojes, todo, todo y todo. Lo único que no me gusta es que no son enteramente de plata sino de una mezcla de metales bañados en plata, con la cual hay que tener cuidado con el agua y los perfumes.
One of my favorite jewelery brands is UNO DE 50, a Spanish brand. It drives me crazy every single piece they have: rings, bracelets, necklaces, watches, every single thing. The only problem is the material is not entirely silver, but a metal mix silver plated, so you have to be careful with water and perfumes.

Para un look diario son perfectos ya que suben el tono de cualquier outfit por simple que sea. Por ejemplo jeans, camiseta lisa y un collar de UNO DE 50.

Trajes blancos / White suits

Los trajes desde hace mucho que han dejado de ser una prenda exclusivamente masculina. Ultimamente muchas celebrities hacen eco de esta tendencia en las alfombras rojas, especialmente los trajes blancos.
Long time ago that the suit ceased to be an exclusivly menswear. Lately celebrities have echoed this trend on the red carpet, specially white suits.

Los puedes llevar a una boda, comunión,  fiesta veraniega, eso si para la oficina no lo veo ya que puede acabar manchado. En cuanto a eso, mas de un día no lo vas a llevar, ya que se te manchará enseguida y si tienes hijos descartaló, al menos que tengas niñera. Tengo un blazer blanco que se pasa la vida en la tintoreria.
You can wear it to a wedding, communion, summer party, for the office I do not see it as you might end up smudged. It won't be possible to wear it more than once as it gets dirty veeery easily, and if you have kids turn it down immediatly, unless you have a nanny. I own a white blazer that lives at the dry cleaning.

El 11.05.2011 hice un post sobre el encaje y el croché. Esta vez os voy a dejar una fotos de algunas celebrities que han echado mano de esta tendencia para la alfombra roja, realmente creo que solo del encaje, el que si que me crea dudas es el modelito de Sarah Jessica.
On 11th of May I made a post on lace and crochet. This time I live you with some photos of celebrities that have used this trend on the red carpet. I really belive that they used the lace, the only one which makes me doubt a little is Sarah Jessica's outfit, as I am not sure if is lace or crochet.

Pleated / Plisados

Vuelvo con una nueva tendencia: EL PLISADO. Como todas las tendencias que tenemos hoy en día, el plisado también tuvo sus otras epocas doradas diría yo en los 40 y otra vez en los 70 y 80, lo he visto en fotos antiguas de mi abuela y mi madre.
I come back with a new trend: PLEATED. As all the trends from nowaday, the pleat already had another golden moments in the 40's and again in the 70's and the 80's, I saw it in my granmother's and my mother's old photos.

Os voy a enseñar unas prendas de este tipo, que me han encantado y que sin duda son un must.

Heidi nos trae el plisado en versión mona, digo mono y naranja, que mas al día no se puede estar. No se  yo. La falda de Anne, de piel también es para pensarselo un poco. De cintura para abajo queda un poco heavy.
Heidi brings us a jumpsuit  and orange, she couldn't be more trendy. No very sure about this one. Also Anne's skirt is to think a little. From the waist down it's a little heavy.

Creo que la falda plisada de piel de Anne queda mejor en corto como podeís ver.

Una forma  simple de actualizar y dar un aspecto diferente a una prenda como una camiseta o una falda, aparentemente básica, es hacer un nudo.
A simple way of updating and giving a different aspect to a basic t-shirt or skirt is by tying a knot.

Para una maxi falda e incluso maxi vestido queda ideal ya que seguro que a muchas nos pasa que compramos una de estas prendas y nos queda demasiado larga. Es una buena forma de arreglarlo.
